Our delivery staff are employees of Simply Grande and not a third party delivery service.


Preparing for your delivery

Our warehouse will contact you when your product is ready for delivery and arrange a date that works for you. We will provide a 4 hour delivery window.  We can, if you prefer, provide a call from our delivery driver when leaving the delivery appointment previous to yours, to assure that you will be home in the event that you have a busy schedule that day.

We deliver Wednesday and Thursday late afternoon and evenings, any other times must be approved by the warehouse manager.  Please make sure that someone 18 years of age or older is present at the time of delivery to pay any outstanding balance and sign for the delivery. Our trucks are large and require sufficient room to get as close to your door as possible.  Our delivery staff is not allowed to move existing furniture, mattresses or boxsprings, so please have a clear path to the delivery area, and all existing furniture in the delivery area needs to be removed or out of the way of our delivery staff.    Our delivery staff is unable to disconnect or setup any electrical equipment.

Safety is very important to us; therefore our delivery staff can not remove their shoes or walk on plastic that has been placed on steps due to OSHA safety guidelines and corporate safety policies.

Inclement Weather Policies

During inclement weather, Simply Grande will determine whether it is safe for our driver to make deliveries.  If we decide during inclement weather that the roads are safe, it is important that you have your driveway and walkway clear so that we may make a safe and successful delivery.

Disposing of Existing Furniture

In order to keep our delivery fee as reasonable as possible, Simply Grande does not dispose of existing furniture or mattresses.
